        "description": "The FOMP Framework will operate as a single\u2011supplier framework agreement, through which all services will be commissioned via individual Call\u2011Off Contracts.  The FOMP Framework is  established in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023. Call\u2011Off Contracts are awarded directly to the Supplier using the core terms and pricing mechanism set out in the Framework. Pricing under the Framework will be a fixed\u2011price model, with all rates remaining fixed for the full Framework Period. For each Call\u2011Off, the Met Office may refine and specify its detailed requirements-such as scope, deliverables, timelines and the application of the established pricing mechanism-in order to finalise the Call\u2011Off Contract, provided that such refinement remains within the parameters, core terms and pricing provisions defined in the Framework.",
