    "description": "Whitley and Eggborough Community Primary School has decided to tender their catering services to investigate the financial and qualitative benefits they could be offered through this process.\nWhitley and Eggborough Community Primary School can support pupils on their education journey from whichever point they join the school, from Reception to Year 6.\nWhitley and Eggborough CP School is a happy and thriving school in the heart of the community. We are a welcoming, friendly school, which is always full of life and full of learning.\nWe are very proud of the successes of our school - the excellent relationships we have with our families, friends and our children.  Our staff, families and governors are dedicated to making  WECPS an exciting, stimulating and inclusive school, where we can learn together in friendship.\nWe have high standards in everything we do and we work hard to achieve our values;\nTo be Caring, Helping and Sharing (CHaS). These values are represented through our school mascot CHAS.\nThe Contract Duration and Structure:\nThe contract will be awarded for a three-year duration with the option of two additional, one-year extensions.\nThe financial structure of the contract is designed to reflect the Schools\u0027 aims to reward the Contractor in a fair manner and based upon contract delivery and to have an open-book agreement that is easily auditable.\nTender Timeline:\nIssue of Invitation to Tender - Monday 7th April 2025\nBidding Companies to Visit Sites - Thursday 1st May 2025\n11:45am - 12:45pm (lunch service).\nDeadline for return of Tender Responses - Friday 16th May 2025 - 3:00pm\nEvaluation of Responses, Red Box - WC - Monday 19th May 2025\nContract Awarded by - Monday 2nd June 2025\nContract Commencement - Monday 1st September 2025",
