The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by 16 April 2025. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR 2023 Direct Award process C.\nThe proposed Contract Award has been approved by the four participating boroughs between 15 January 2025 and 27 March 2025. There were no Conflicts of interest identified among officers involved in the process.\nIn accordance with PSR2023 Direct Award process C, a thorough assessment of Central North West London NHS Foundation Trust was undertaken against the following Key Criteria:\n\u2022\tQuality and innovation\n\u2022\tIntegration, collaboration and service sustainability\n\u2022\tImproving access, reducing health inequalities and facilitating choice\n\u2022\tSocial Value\n\u2022\tValue\nThe results of the assessment showed they are satisfying the original contract and will likely satisfy the proposed contract to a sufficient standard.",
