    "description": "Bristol Parks Mobile Concessions 2025-2027 - Eastville Park and Queen Square - Hot drinks and pastries.\nBristol City Council is re-procuring two concession pitches in one of its parks and in the city docks estates, for the period July 2025 - March 2027.\nThere are 2 available Lots:\nLot 1 - HARBOURSIDE PITCH - Queen Square (No. HB07)\nLot 2 - PARKS PITCH - Eastville Park (No. PK06)\nThe proposed Concessions Contract will be for 21 months, and we will be awarding a single Supplier per Lot.\nThe procurement process will be conducted in accordance with the requirements of the Procurement Act 2023 (PA23). This procurement is non-regulated as per PA23 reg 84 (1)(b). The Council will be using a non-regulated Open Tender Procedure. The Council have voluntarily issued a UK4 Below-threshold tender notice to maximise the interest in these contracts.\nAs per Schedule 3, Paragraph 3 of the PA23, the value of a concession contract is based on an estimate as to the \u201cmaximum amount the supplier could expect to receive under or in connection with the contract\u201d.
