    "description": "The BBC is seeking a Supplier to provide an Online Information Services.  The Supplier shall provide an existing \u2013 \u201coff-the shelf\u201d web-based application with access to current content and an extensive archive. The service must include access to a wide range of searchable full text content including major United Kingdom national and regional newspapers, international newspapers, magazines, specialist titles and other sources. \nThe service will form part of an essential research resource available to the BBC\u2019s workforce and extended workforce both within and outside the United Kingdom, and possibly to BBC Group.\nThe spend range over the 4 year term (3 years plus 1) is between \u00a31,100,000 - \u00a31,450,000 million (excluding VAT). The spend ranges are not committed spend ranges, and are therefore \"only an\nestimation\" of spend that could be made through the Agreement.",
