The Tender process will be conducted to ensure that the tenders are evaluated fairly to ascertain the most economically advantageous tender from the point of view of the purchasing Authority.  \n2. Account will be taken of any factors which impact on the Tenderers suitability that emerges from the tendering process and relate to information previously provided by the Tenderer as part of the pre-qualification process, in particular any additional information which comes to light in respect of your financial standing.\n3. Your response to our requirement (as detailed in Terms of reference) will be evaluated under the following headings based on a 60:40 split between the quality aspect to your tender and pricing respectively. Responses to all of the questions below should be submitted via the Bravo Solution e-Procurement portal. Bids not submitted via the BRAVO portal will not be considered.  \n5. No importance should be attached to the order in which these criteria are listed. Any tender that is not compliant with the Conditions of Contract may be rejected. \n6. Bidders must be explicit and comprehensive in their responses to this ITT.
