    "description": "NEPO is awarding a Framework Agreement for Electricity Supply. The current NEPO301 Electricity Framework will end 31st March 2025 following the conclusion of the Framework Extension.\nThe Framework Agreement will be a sole supplier Framework and will cover the purchasing and supply of electricity to Half Hourly (HH), Non-Half Hourly (NHH) sites, and street lighting (both HH and UMS).\nThe Framework Agreement will include the provision of a data aggregator, data collector, and automatic meter reading service (AMR) with associated services and systems.\nThe Framework Agreement will also include access to renewables (including the provision of a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA)), cleaner and greener energy.\nThe current NEPO Framework Agreement consumes approximately 450Gwh per annum over approximately 6400 sites.",
