The call-off was awarded to AllStar Business Solutions and provides the Trust discounts on fuel, discount diesel sites offer an average discount of 17.59p per litre, supermarket fuel stations offer an average discount of 0.5p per litre and other fuel stations offer an average discount of 0.3p per litre. Allstar also offer a free service to analyse transactions and provide the best solution for cost savings at quarterly contract review meetings",
