The works required under this contract\nwill be undertaken to circa 2,800 properties owned and managed by Uttlesford District Council (UDC).\nThe total estimated value of the contract is 8,600,000 GBP, which is segregated as follows:\nCapital / De-Carbonation Works: 5,000,0000 GBP (subject to change)\nCyclical Redecoration Works: 1,400,000 GBP\nVoids: 800,000 GBP\nResponsive Repairs: 1,400,000 GBP\nIt is intended that the contract will run for a period of five years with the option for renewal, as decided by UDC, for an extension of up to a\nfurther five years in periods to be agreed by UDC. The maximum duration of the contract is therefore ten years. The estimated total\ncontract value included in this notice is therefore not guaranteed.",
