The dwellings have been designed to meet EPC A rating.\nIt is anticipated that the scheme will now start on site in May 2026.\nThe three key KPIs for the contract are as follows:\n1. Resident Satisfaction - Claims received from residents / members of the public resulting from the contractor\u0027s work. Response from new tenant questionnaires.\n2. Defects:\n- Number of defects encountered and timely rectification of these defects within timescales specified.\n- Number of total project defects\n- Number of workmanship related defects\n- The time required to reverse defects \n3.
