The ASCE application is registered on the Defence Application Register as an MOD approved application. To transfer to 3rd party software, software support and \ntraining would create significant and unacceptable risk to Air Safety across multiple Aircraft Platforms resulting in a loss of airworthiness and a substantial and unacceptable reduction in the operability of all the affected aircraft platforms.\n(b) only NCC Group, as the Original Equipment Manufacturer of the Software, associated software support and training, have the necessary skills, experience and knowledge to provide the required technical support and user training and \n(c) only NCC Group have access to the necessary technical data, as they own the background IP to the software\u2019s generic modules and source code required to provide the technical support.",
