    "description": "The London Borough of Hillingdon require a supplier to undertake inspections across its assets of playgrounds, outdoor gyms, skate parks etc on a quarterly and annual basis.\nThere are circa 100 playgrounds located in a range of locations throughout the borough, predominantly within parks and housing estates.\nThe contract is split into two components:   \n\u2022\tQuarterly/Annual inspections.  \n\u2022\tDay to day repairs identified by Hillingdon\u0027s Green Spaces Inspectors/Officers and reports by Users \nThe Contractor is required to carry out the inspections and maintenance in accordance with the best trade practice, ROSPA guidelines and adhere to the British Standards BS EN 1176/BS EN 1177.
