    "description": "West Northamptonshire Council (WNC) is inviting tenders for the delivery of a comprehensive Oral Health Promotion Service across West Northamptonshire.\nThe service will coordinate, facilitate and deliver evidence-based oral health improvement interventions aimed at improving oral health outcomes and reducing oral health inequalities for children, vulnerable adults and older people.\nThe scope of the service includes, but is not limited to:\n-Delivery and expansion of a targeted Supervised Toothbrushing Programme in early years and school settings\n-Oral health training, workforce development and championing for professionals and volunteers\n-Organisational support, policy development and accreditation schemes for early years, education and care settings\n-Partnership working with the Council, NHS and voluntary and community sector organisations\n-Targeted distribution of oral health packs to priority population groups\n-Performance monitoring, reporting and continuous service improvement\nThe full requirements are set out in the Invitation to Tender and Service Specification, available via the Council\u0027s e-Procurement portal.",
