Lot Description: Midlothian Councils seeks to appoint a Provider who can provide a flexible range of Personalised Care Home services for children and young people with a Disability and Complex Behavioural Needs living in care accommodation in Pentland Way and Castlelaw Cottage. The service will be provided 24 hours a day 7 days a week for children meeting all of their physical, social and emotional needs. The Provider will provide a personalised service which increasingly drives the shape of services to meet the needs of service users and help them to achieve their personal goals and aspirations. The full scope of the required support and/or care shall be to deliver the aims, objectives and outcomes of the service. The Provider will take into account of the details outlined in the Child’s Plan when providing the service.
