Description

Personality disorder workers' specialist support will enable more people with complex needs to receive the support they need - this will be done through a combination of thorough assessment and signposting, crisis intervention and Structured Psychological Support. Workers will be part of the Community Mental Health Framework Hub. Rise and Shine service support people whose mental health has been negatively affected by Covid-19 - this is floating support to people in clusters 0-3. Adult Community Eating Disorders workers will deliver 12 weeks sessions to service services, provide holistic support to Eating Disorders service patients with long-standing needs. Support will be person-centred and may include support around mental or physical health, finances/benefits, substance use, housing, advocacy, education/employment etc.
