This will include confirmation\nthat the Tenderer has the systems in place to pay subcontractors through the supply chain promptly and effectively, including evidence of:\na) their standard payment terms\nb) \u226595% of all supply chain invoices being paid on time (in accordance with the terms of contract) in the last financial year.\nIf the bidder is unable to confirm and evidence (b) they must provide an improvement plan, signed by their Director, which commits to\nimprovements in the payment performance.\nAcceptable evidence includes but is not limited to:\n- Extract of the Tenderer\u2019s terms \u0026 conditions detailing standard payment terms;\n- A summarised accounts payable report showing payment on time performance;\n- Payment Performance Statement Signed by External Auditor;\n- Credit Score/Credit Report; or\n- An improvement plan, signed by a Director, which commits to improvements in payment performance. Improvement plan template and\nfurther evidence examples are held within the Supplier Journey.\nWhere a Tenderer does not intend to use a supply chain to deliver the requirements detailed in the ITT, they should clearly state this in\nresponse to Q4.C.4.\nResponses to Q4.C.4 will be evaluated as a \u201cPass\u201d or \u201cFail\u201d.
