Effective referral arrangements are in place with Hertfordshire Foundation Partnership Trust (HPFT) for people with more complex support needs and there are well established referral pathways from other healthcare providers and community support organisations into Flourish.\nThe Council is intending to award this contract to our existing provider following Direct Award Process C under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR.)\nThe contract will commence on 1st April 2025 until 31st March 2027, (with the option to extend for 1 year plus 1 year)\nThe approximate life time value of this contract is stated in II.1.7 above and includes the value of any possible extensions.",
