Lots

Lot Description: Hertfordshire County Council has a requirement for a Mental Health Service commissioned as a community based, early intervention mental health and wellbeing support service for refugees & asylum seekers aged 16 and above. The service provides specialist, targeted and flexible support able to rapidly adapt to changing needs, limiting impact on mainstream mental health services. Effective referral arrangements are in place with Hertfordshire Foundation Partnership Trust (HPFT) for people with more complex support needs and there are well established referral pathways from other healthcare providers and community support organisations into Flourish. The Council is intending to award this contract to our existing provider following Direct Award Process C under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR.) The contract will commence on 1st April 2025 until 31st March 2027, (with the option to extend for 1 year plus 1 year) The approximate life time value of this contract is stated in II.1.7 above and includes the value of any possible extensions.
