    "description": "On behalf of the Greater London Authority (GLA), Transport for London (TfL) are seeking to procure a Single Supplier Framework for event management of New Year\u0027s Eve (NYE) events for 2026-2029. The Framework is expected to be for four years, with optional annual call-offs (i.e., 1+1+1+1). \nThis Tender Notice is to inform the market of the issuing of the New Year\u0027s Eve (NYE) Procurement Specific Questionnaire (PSQ) and the draft Invitation to Tender (ITT) documents. Please note, the ITT documents have been issued at this stage as Information Only, TfL/GLA reserves the right to make non-material adjustments to the documents prior to publishing to shortlisted bidders.\nSupplier Registrations \n1.\tTfL SAP Business Network \nIt is the sole responsibility of suppliers to contact the TfL Supplier Enablement Team, to check that they are registered on the TfL SAP Supplier Business Network e-procurement system.
