The reason for urgency is that there is no option to extend or novate the current contract from West Sussex County Council and therefore NHS Sussex ICB will need to maintain continuity of service by contracting directly with the existing Provider.\nThe Commissioner intends to review the services in line with neighbourhood team development before making a decision on whether to move to open procurement.
