One option being pursued as part of a wider\nB\u0026B reduction plan is the use of block accommodation with on-site housing support that will enable the Council to provide more suitable accommodation to those who are homeless, whilst being better value than the use of B\u0026B accommodation. Liverpool City\nCouncil is seeking a provider to deliver the on site support to increase and further develop long term independent living skills, reducing the cycle of repeat homelessness. This will consist of a temporary accommodation service for single people who are at risk of homelessness as assessed by the Council\u0027s Housing Options Service and who have a Low to Medium level of support that can be met from within this service. The Provider will provide an onsite staffed service, 24 hours a day; 7 days a week, 365 days a year for to up to 49 single people at any one time in specific accommodation in In\nthe Liverpool 3 area of the city\u0027.",
