This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.\nWritten representations should be sent to nnicb-nn.psrsupport@nhs.net \nThe decision was made by the Joint Commissioning Executive Group in line with the ICB\u0027s Scheme of Reservation and Delegation. There were no declared conflicts or potential conflicts of interest of individuals making the decision.\n- The relative importance of the key criteria was weighted as equal. It was evidenced that the providers are performing the contract to a sufficient standard taking into account the key criteria.\nThe 18-month direct award will provide sufficient time to complete the service review, market engagement, competitive procurement process and mobilisation of future Community Dermatology Services.",
