    "description": "It is the intention to award contracts under the Most Suitable Provider Process for the provision of Health Visitor Vaccination Pathfinder Project to enhance Routine Childhood Immunisation uptake for 0-5 years in the following areas:\n\u2022 Lot 1 - North East Lincolnshire\n\u2022 Lot 2 - Hull and East Riding\n\u2022 Lot 3 - Somerset.\nThe Health and Social Care Act 2012 set out a Local Authority\u0027s statutory responsibility for commissioning public health services for children and young people aged 0 to 19 years, this includes the requirement for Local Authority\u0027s to commission 0 to 5 years Health Visitor Services. In order to deliver the Health Visitor Vaccination Pathfinder Project, the MSPs MUST hold a current and valid commissioned Health Visitor Service Contract with the Local Authority within the designated lots/localities for which they are expressing an interest in.  All potential providers who do not meet this requirement will immediately FAIL the MSP process assessment and will be excluded from any further assessment. \nMSP\u0027s have been identified under the PSR 2023, MSP process for the provision of Health Visitor Vaccination Pathfinder Project to enhance Routine Childhood Immunisation uptake for 0-5 years and the MSP\u0027s will be required to accept the terms and conditions and be compliant with the requirements of the NHS Standard Contract 2025_26 (or any edition or any subsequent revisions). \nThe MSP process allows for Expression of Interest (EOI) from other suitable and qualified providers as part of this process, and it should be noted that the result of this may be to terminate the MSP process and undertake a competitive process following assessment of other interested provider(s) should more than the MSPs be identified as capable provider(s) from the intention to follow the MSP process notice which was published in Find a Tender portal on 15 December 2025 (Notice identifier: 2005/S 000-082798).\nContracts will run for an initial term of 14-months from 01 February 2026 until 31 March 2027, with the option at the discretion of the Relevant Authorities of extending the contracts for a further 12-months and further 12-monthly increments up to the expiry date of the Local Authority Health Visitor Service Contract subject to the availability of funding and satisfactory financial and contractual performance.\nThe annual value of the contract for Lot 1 - North East Lincolnshire 01 February 2026 - 31 March 2027 \u00a3150,409, 01 April 2027 - 31 March 2028 \u00a3106,171 (Various annual values going forward).\nThe annual value of the contract for Lot 2 - Hull and East Riding 01 February 2026 - 31 March 2027 \u00a3284,011, 01 April 2027 - 31 March 2028 \u00a3200,479 (Various annual values going forward).\nThe annual value of the contract for Lot 3 - Somerset 01 February 2026 - 31 March 2027 \u00a3187,898, 01 April 2027 - 31 March 2028 \u00a3132,634 (Various annual values going forward).\nThese intended awards are for a new service. \nThese intended awards are to incumbent providers.",
