Customers wishing to buy Services via the Framework will do so in the following way(s) in accordance with section 45 of the Procurement Act 2023 (and any subsequent amendment or re-enactment thereof):\nCall-off without competition\n\u0027Calling-off\u0027 Services from a Supplier identified who is: a) included in the Framework; b) suitable for meeting the Customer\u0027s specific needs; c) delivers to the geographical region/sub-region of the Customer, and; d) identified as offering the most advantageous solution to the Customer\u0027s requirements, based on the Framework pricing and the additional benefits offered by each Supplier.\nCall-off with competition (Further Competitive Selection Process)\n\u0027Calling-off\u0027 by conducting a further competitive selection process amongst those Suppliers identified in the Framework as being able to provide the required Services.
