        "description": "Please see ITT Instructions for further information\nThe 2 contractors that have the highest combined score for quality and price will be awarded a place on the applicable framework lot. The contractor with the highest final score will be awarded the position of first ranking, the contract with the next highest final score with be awarded the position of second ranking.\nThe client will contact the top ranked tenderer on the lot in question with regards their availability for the date, time and duration for the required project. We will email the appointed tenderer with the asbestos removal request which will contain a proforma describing the area, asbestos material to be removed and the square or linear meterage to be removed.\nIn the event that the top ranked tenderer is unable to fulfil the job it will then be offered to the 2nd ranked tenderer.\nIn the event that any single asbestos removal request is likely to exceed the 25k limit or requires any specialised removal IE; requiring large scale scaffoldings or other specialised equipment in regard to the standard HSE notification will be subject to a further competition. All contractors in Lots 1 \u0026 2 will be invited to price for this removal work and will be required to produce a Risk Assessment and Method Statement specific to the requested asbestos removal work, this will include HSE documentation (ASB5) for Licenced Asbestos Removal work.",
