Lot Title: Planned Maintenance Program

Lot Description: The purpose of the proposed contract is to provide planned maintenance construction services to the Westward Housing Group property portfolio. Core work areas will include and are not limited to: • Planned external and internal decorations • External masonry repairs • Roof repairs • Rainwater goods renewal • All other planned maintenance tasks as are required. The tender is divided into five Lots by geographical areas. A direct award will be made to one contractor for each area (lot) with no limit on the number of lots submitted that can be won.
