The Council does not pay a fixed contract fee and retains responsibility for statutory property compliance, major works and utilities, as set out in the Invitation to Tender documentation.\nThe contract will commence on 1 November 2026, following a mobilisation period, and will be awarded on the basis of the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT).",
