    "description": "Access Management service\nCuro wish to appoint a single contractor to carry out works comprising of a programme of servicing and maintenance (planned preventative maintenance), remedials, call out reactive repairs and reactive installations/upgrades across Curo\u2019s Access Control assets.\nFor this contracts, Access Control assets include: \n\u2022\tPowered Doors\n\u2022\tPowered Gates\n\u2022\tPowered Barriers\n\u2022\tPowered Shutters\n\u2022\tSalto Locks\n\u2022\tIntercoms\nThese assets require regular servicing and maintenance to ensure that they are kept safe, operational and are fit for purpose. In addition to servicing and maintenance the Contractor will be required to attend ad-hoc callouts when required to fault find as and when issues arise, and to deliver the necessary reactive repairs. From time-to-time assets may require replacing or upgrading, which will also be under the purview of this contract, however, Curo does not have a planned programme of replacements/upgrades and so the contractor will deliver replacements/upgrades only when the need arises.\nThe Contract Term will be for an initial period of 3 years, with two x 12-month optional extensions to be exercised at Curo\u2019s sole discretion.\nCuro is tendering for the provision of the above requirement. The closing date for receipt of your expression of interest is given in the box below entitled - Date documents can be requested until.\nImportant information: This tender is being conducted through the Curo supplier portal and all documentation is only available via this portal. \nOnce you have registered and expressed interest in the project, all applicable documents are normally published to the secure area within 24 hours (via clicking on `My Tenders`). If after this time you have not received your email advising the tender documents have been published to the secure area, then contact the Procurement Team by sending a message through the correspondence function. An email will be sent to the `Publish Email` address supplied at registration when the documents have been published. You will then be able to login to the secure area and download/view the tender documents.\nSubmissions must be made via the web site. You will then receive a receipt (print \u0026 retain a copy of this receipt and this is your confirmation of your submission).
