    "description": "he Authority has been managing Traffic Regulated Orders (TROs) in a paper format with a digital system being employed to manage Cambridge City\u0027s TROs since the early 2000s. The Authority will move exclusively to a fully digital system of managing TROs because of this procurement.\nCurrently the Authority produces circa 100 permanent TROs a year with another approximately 2139 (TTROs) being made annually. Permanent TROs will be almost exclusively map based (digital).\nThe contract is for the supply and support of an IT system that will manage the Authority\u0027s permanent and experimental TRO, allowing the Authority to draft, consult, make, display for the public and record TROs.\nIt may also have the capability to manage the County\u0027s network of Quiet Lanes pursuant to requirements laid out in the \"The Quiet Lanes and Home Zones (England) Regulations 2006\", and the \"Transport Act 2000\" s268.",
