    "description": "The ECITB wishes to appoint a provider to fulfil its requirement for Apprentice Training and Assessment Contracts for ECITB APTUS Modern Apprentice ECITB Offshore Region - September 2026.\nThe ECITB is looking to procure a training provider to deliver training and assessment services leading to the ECITB\u0027s Modern Apprenticeship in Engineering Construction qualification for apprentices in the employment of employers, in-scope to the ECITB and working in the upstream oil and gas sector.\nFor the avoidance of doubt, the proposed contract will not extend to the training and assessment of apprentices who are not in the employment of employers in-scope to the ECITB (and possibly other contractors).\nThe initial Contract term will be for 3-4 years.\nThis tender consists of 3 lots. Tenderers can submit offers for one, or multiple lots as detailed within the relevant specifications.\tFor each lot you bid on, you must submit a separate ITT response and indicate which lot you are bidding for.\nThe Lots consist of:\nLot 1: Electrical Maintenance (A) - training and assessment services required to be delivered for apprentices recruited in 2026 in the Offshore Region in the Electrical Maintenance discipline.\nLot 2: Instrumentation \u0026 Control Maintenance (B) - training and assessment services required to be delivered for apprentices recruited in 2026 in the Offshore Region in the Electrical Instrumentation \u0026 Control Maintenance discipline.\nLot 3: Mechanical Maintenance (C) - training and assessment services required to be delivered for apprentices recruited in 2026 in the Offshore Region in the Mechanical Maintenance discipline.\nSpecifications relating to each lot are uploaded within this notice along with the draft contract, Invitation to Tender (including Tenderer response) and the Pricing Schedule (for response).\n***To enable the Clarification process (Q\u0026As), Tenderers should register their interest in the ITT via procurement@ecitb.org.uk after download of the procurement documents from Find a Tender Service. ***\nPlease note the ECITB does not have an e-procurement portal and all correspondence and tender submissions must be via the procurement email address stated.\nThank you for your interest in the ECITB.",
