In addition, the Council owns approximately 140 existing LED lights of varying ages and specification.\nThe Council is also looking for concurrent implementation of a Central Management System (to be managed by the successful bidder) that will allow real time or near-real time fault self-reporting across our entire lighting stock. The Central Management System must also support bespoke, programmable, part-night lighting and/or dimming profiles on a column-by-column or street-by-street basis.\nWe require all of the above to be managed and maintained by the successful bidder, for the duration of the contract.",
