The Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Valuer to undertake the annual valuation of its housing stock. The appointed valuer will be required to: • Nominate a Project Manager to act as the principal point of contact throughout the contract. • Deliver the services outlined in the Service Specification. • Advise the Client Officer on any additional information required to complete the valuation process.
