The service will be for adults aged 18 years and over, providing step up and step down beds for those people whose needs cannot be met at home.  The service provider will provide 24-hour nursing care beds, delivering support tailored to the reablement needs of each individual, including their ability to live independently and any potential requirements for ongoing care and support.
